Shipping Charges
Parcels are sent either by Registered Mail or Express Post.
Within Australia:
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD for parcels up to 500 grams in weight. For parcels over 500g, an extra $2.50-$5.00 per item is added for each individual product, depending on weight. Freight discounts are avaialble for large orders. Please contact me for a quote.
Overseas Shipping:
Outside Australia, you will be subject to the following additional shipping fees (AUD) for parcels up to 750 grams:
New Zealand: $15
Rest of world: $25
Shipping costs are generally calculated based on the weight of the order. To simplify matters, we have set the above costs, so that you know in advance what you will be charged. If, however, you place an unusually large order, you may be subject to additional shipping costs. If that is the situation, we will contact you to negotiate costs, and seek your approval before we bill you.

Shipping Policy
When we receive your order, we will process it immediately. As soon as your credit card details have cleared, we will begin packing and posting your order. This is a quick process – as a general rule of thumb, your order will be out the door within 2-5 business days of you having placed your order.
Shipping Times
Shipping within Australia will be quite quick – we expect that you should have delivery of your parcel within 5-7 business days of having placed your order. For Australian customers, your order is tracked and if you do not receive notification from Australia Post after 2-4 days, please contact your Post office.
Shipping times outside Australia are much harder to predict. Your package will need to be cleared through customs, and due to the nature of our product, may be subject to additional regulations.
We ask you to allow 15 business days (3 weeks) for delivery outside Australia before you report your package as missing. At this point we will review, and attempt to track down your package.
Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully when ordering. If you change your mind, same day cancellation of orders is possible provided the item has not already been shipped. Paypal charges us for it’s merchant facilities so you will be refunded only 90% of the purchase price. No refunds will be issued after the item has shipped, except in the case of a product recall by the manufacturer.
Returns Policy
As much as we strive to be perfect, sometimes issues crop up that need attention. If something is not quite right we want to know about it so we can fix it.
When should products be returned?
If we send the wrong product.
If you feel the photo/video/description on the website was misleading in any way.
If the product is damaged in transit or defective when you receive it.
Returning an Item
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, under no circumstances can we accept products for return that have been removed from their packaging, unless there is a defect in the product.
If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service.

Damaged Goods
Your order will leave here in tip-top condition. But sometimes things happen in transit that we don’t expect.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with specific information regarding damaged or defective products.
It is very important that you contact us before returning any products. We will provide you information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.
